The connection issue between Grafana and Azure Monitor, begin by giving the right permissions. Log into the Azure portal and go to the Resource group or Subscription where your Azure resources are located. From there, Goto the IAM and click on the Add button, assign the Reader role (or Monitoring Reader) to the account that Grafana is using.
After that, check the settings in Grafana to make sure the Subscription ID and Tenant ID are correct. Also, ensure that your Azure Monitor resources, like Log Analytics workspaces, are set up properly and have the data you want. Once you've done this, test the connection again. If it still doesn’t work, look for any Azure policies that might be blocking access.
