I understand that you are trying to connect a third-party app, Verizon One Talk, to connect contacts from your Office 365 account, but you are encountering an error: AADSTS700016: Application with identifier 'd6362a18-da70-4152-ac59-eb4054c68507' was not found in the directory '****'.
To resolve this issue, make sure to use the identifier (Entity) value that is present in the enterprise application while making the request.
To change the identifier in the enterprise application, please follow these steps:
- Select your enterprise application.
- Click on the single sign-on option from the left side > Under the basic SAML configuration, you will find the identifier > Click on the edit option to edit the identifier (Entity ID).
