There are few steps you can take to troubleshoot the WSUS issue:
1.Make sure that the Windows Defender product and Definition Updates classification are selected in WSUS.
Check if the updates are synced correctly.
2.Stop the Windows Update service, rename the SoftwareDistribution folder and then restart the service.
3.Manually download and install the latest Microsoft Defender definition updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
4.Make sure that network and firewall settings is not stopping the updates.
