    Hi @Franky Fan (Beyondsoft Corporation)

Can you confirm if you have followed the steps in the documentation linked earlier - Configure Azure Marketplace image settings - Azure DevTest Labs | Microsoft Learn?

Specifically, you need to go to the lab, click "Configuration and policies" -> "Marketplace images". Then, ensure that "Allow all Azure Marketplace images as virtual machine base images" is set to "Yes".

If it is not set to yes, the images you are looking for may not be allowed. If you are not able to see that configuration option, you may not have the required access to view or change it and so you should contact the admin/owner of the lab.

One of our internal team members confirmed that they can see all the expected images, so I don't think there's an issue with the service here
