Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.
I understand that your facing random disconnections with your Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) host pool running on Windows 11.
Optimize your Remote Desktop client by turning off bandwidth-heavy features and setting experience settings to 'Low-Speed Broadband. Change the KeepAliveTimeout registry value to make connections stay live longer. Check community stability the use of equipment along with ping and tracert, however do so preferably through a wired connection. Make sure your consultation host VM has enough CPU and memory resources and consider scaling up if utilization is too high. Set up session limits and idle timeouts well to avoid getting disconnected.
Ensure that the TCP port 3389 for RDP is allowed in local firewalls and Azure Network Security Groups.
