Sometimes, cached data can cause issues. clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try accessing Azure again. if the issue has persisted try in the different browser and see your able access the right page.
- If you are the administrator of the tenant, verify that your correct domain is listed and set as primary.
- Review Sign-In Logs Check for any unusual sign-in activity that might indicate unauthorized access.
- Reset your password to secure your account
If you're not the administrator inform this to your origination IT department for further proceedings.
