Why is it that the test has been passed in the Package validation, but it still prompts that Win32 needs to be installed silently in the review?

In the previous Package validation, the results of the silent installation were as follows:

Silent install check

Your app installs silently, as per the Microsoft Store policy.

However, during the audit and certification stage, I was reminded that:
