My Microsoft Store app add-on is completely undiscoverable

I have an add-on that was published to a private audience with a handful of email accounts in the group. The link provided on the "Pricing and availability" page does not work for any of them, instead leading to a "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found". Its status has been "In the Microsoft Store" for ~4 days now. I have also attempted to append the add-ons product ID to the Microsoft Store deep link ("ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid="), this simply opens to Microsoft Store application and says it cannot be found.

Similarly I have the option selected for the add-on to display on the parent application product page, and it is no where to be seen there either. In my application I was hoping to link to the Microsoft Store purchase page directly, rather than using StoreContext.RequestPurchaseAsync as that requires a window and my application is a stand alone widget.

I have attempted to find the add-on on both the publishing account, and two other test accounts but none of them work.

I'm not really sure where to get support for this issue, upon emailing the app team I was directed to http://aka.ms/storesupport but this isn't exactly technical related so it directs me to a copilot powered chat bot that doesn't know how to help.

Some info:

Application is public

Add-on visibility is set to Private Audience

Add-on type is a Subscription

Discoverability is set to Can be displayed in the parent product’s Microsoft Store listing.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Currently, there is no add-on product page in the Microsoft Store. So it is expected that you can't find such a page. As you've already known, you could only choose the add-on product to be displayed in the parent product’s Microsoft Store listing or hide the add-on product.

To make the add-on product discoverable, you need list your add-on products in your app and using StoreContext API for purchasing.

    Thank you.
