The issue you're encountering with your trial tenant not allowing the creation of a new environment is related to the storage capacity requirement. Even though it’s a fresh environment, each Dataverse environment requires at least 1GB of available storage, which applies to all tenants, including trial ones.
Here’s how you can address the issue:
1.Check current storage usage: Verify if there is any pre-existing data or apps consuming storage. You can do this by visiting the Power Platform Admin Center and reviewing your capacity settings.
2.Free up storage: If there are any unused environments or data, consider deleting them to make room for the new environment.
