    Hi @SK

    Welcome to our forum!

How did you import the olm file? Could you describe the detailed operation?

Meanwhile, there are some steps you may refer to:

    1. To confirm if your issue is related to your Outlook for Mac client, it is suggested for you to try importing some other smaller size of olm datafiles to your Outlook to check if the import feature could work fine.
    2. Make sure you have enough space on Outlook for Mac to import olm datafiles, if there is not enough storage space, it may affect importing olm file.
    3. If possible, it is recommended to split the file into several smaller files and import them in batches to see if the problem persists. You may refer to the article: Import email messages, contacts, and other items into Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support and try again.

In addition, i find a similar thread that many people find it useful, please feel free to refer to.User's image Hope it helps!

    Hi,

    1. I have tried importing a smaller olm and that imported successfully with no issues.
    2. I do have enough disk space i.e., 170 GB vs 140 GB thats needed. however, just to be sure. i will create more space.
    3. i am not sure if its even possible. how can i split a large 100 GB file into smaller files? the link shared by you doesnt talk about breaking it into smaller files. can you please share the mechanism?
    4. the apple link in the similar thread is broken. i went to disk utility and there is no disk repair option only a first aid option which i was able to run. any reference to a working link?
