How did you import the olm file? Could you describe the detailed operation?

- To confirm if your issue is related to your Outlook for Mac client, it is suggested for you to try importing some other smaller size of olm datafiles to your Outlook to check if the import feature could work fine.
- Make sure you have enough space on Outlook for Mac to import olm datafiles, if there is not enough storage space, it may affect importing olm file.
