Debugger is not hitting breakpoint set in SharePoint 2010 application code in Visual Studio

I have my SharePoint 2010 application code in Visual Studio. I did clean, rebuild and deploy solution. I have done "Attach to Process" w3wp.exe files in the debug, but debugger is not hitting breakpoint when trying to work on UI. IIS reset is not helpful. Can someone please help on this.
