Kicked out of Azure Directory with outlook.com ID
Hello,
We suddenly got kicked out of a ID using xxx@outlook.com.
The error message is The logged in user is not authorized to fetch tokens for extension 'Microsoft_Azure_Support' because the user account is not a member of tenant ...
I have done what is recommended, make sure it's the only account ... etc but doesn't seem to work. Subscriptions + Directory also shows blank directory.
Another suggestion is to create a free account, done that and I got assigned into a different tenant altogether.
I can't submit a support ticket or purchase a support plan because I have no directory.
Any advise on what to do next?
