    Hello,

    Thanks for your question

What version of explorer re you currently using? I will recommend downloading the latest version.

You can also try the steps here:

Under Settings (gear icon on the left) > Application > Sign-in, look for the Sign in with setting. There are three options:

    • Default Web Browser: sign-in will happen in your OS' default web browser. This option is recommended.
    • Integrated Sign-In: sign-in will happen in a Storage Explorer window. This option may be useful if you're having issues using your default web browser to sign in.
    • Device Code Flow: Storage Explorer will give you a code to enter into a browser window. This option isn't recommended. Device code flow isn't compatible with many CA policies.

The above steps are gotten from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-explorer-sign-in?source=recommendations#changing-where-sign-in-happens

    I saw a similar thread,

@Devoll, Tascha Pls try the following suggestions and let me know the results.

    • Make sure you have the latest version of Azure Storage Explorer installed. https://github.com/microsoft/AzureStorageExplorer/releases
    • Ensure your Azure subscription is active, and you have the necessary permissions to access it.
    • Change the Sign-In Method:
      • Go to Settings (gear icon on the left) > Application > Scrol down to 'Sign-in'.
      • Try switching to Integrated Sign-In or Device Code Flow if the default web browser method isn’t working.
