When I add a control or a text box to the design pane in Blend for Visual Studio, that makes a previously-draw control or text box disappear. It is even gone when I click Local Machine to run the app. How can I make it stop doing that?

    Hi @Steven Brown,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

May I know how you add the controls? Please double-click the control to add it and check if the previous control is displayed.

Besides, please check if the visibility property of the controls is set to “Visible”.

You can create a new project and check it again.

    Sincerely,

    Anna
