Microsoft Teams version 24215.1007.3082.1590. Windows 11, version 23H2 All my pc audio cuts out after I leave any Teams call, only happens when using Bluetooth Audio devices. I have attempted to reinstall teams but unfortunately this did not help. My audio setup has not changed for the past year and a half but this has started happing in the last month so leads me to believe it is related to a recent updated. Any fixes would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

It sounds frustrating to have your audio cut out after leaving a Teams call, especially when using Bluetooth audio devices. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Check Windows Version: Ensure that your Windows 11 is up-to-date. Sometimes, updating to the latest version can resolve compatibility issues with Bluetooth devices and Teams. You can check for updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers: Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers. You can do this by going to Device Manager, finding your Bluetooth device, right-clicking on it, and selecting Uninstall device. After uninstalling, restart your PC, and Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers.

Re-pair Bluetooth Devices: Remove the Bluetooth device from your paired devices list and then pair it again. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Update Teams: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Teams. Sometimes, updates include fixes for known issues.

Check Audio Settings: Make sure that your audio settings in Teams are correctly configured. Go to Settings > Devices in Teams and ensure that your Bluetooth device is selected for both speaker and microphone.

Try a Different Bluetooth Device: If possible, try using a different Bluetooth audio device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the device or the software.
