Getting below error while connecting Sql to Power Bi

We encountered an error while trying to connect. Details: "Microsoft SQL: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)"

    Verify that the instance name is correct

    As the message says.

    Can you connect to the same SQL Server name with other tools like SSMS or MS Excel?

    Is the SQL Server service running at all?
