from where can i ask for MCT email Id for verification to be made MCT certified trainer.

Since the merge of Microsoft Learn and the Certification systems on July 1, some MCTs have had difficulty accessing some MCT benefits (MCT Lounge, Azure pass, and logging in to access your MCT discounts). This issue is often rooted in confusion regarding which email account was originally associated with the MCT’s program benefits.  There are a few ways to verify you are using the “Email account associated with MCT status.”

Learn Profile:  If your MCT certification profile has merged with your learn profile, the email on record will be your "personal" email. You can identify this account as it is labeled "Linked Account". If multiple linked accounts exist, look for the one with the head icon.

Check for the email account receiving MCT renewal notices:  Look for the annual renewal emails you receive reminding you to renew your MCT status. These messages come from the sender “mswwprog@certifications.microsoft.com.“ The email address receiving these messages will be the proper email address associated with MCT status.

Login to your Visual Studio Subscription: Login to your visual studio subscription at https://my.visualstudio.com/ . The email address you use to login and see your MCT benefit subscription is the email address associated with your MCT status.
