Hyper-v emulator in visual studio not working

Question

Hi, I recently installed Visual Studio 2012 in order to emulate Windows Phone 7.1 and 8 on my PC (HP EliteDesk 800 65W G2 mini Desktop PC Windows 10 Pro x64 22h2) however when I try to run the virtual machine I get the following error

After loading for a while, this error appears

I have had Hyper-V installed for quite some time, I have already tried DISM, running it in compatibility mode, etc.

If it helps, I have Virtualbox but I disabled the adapter for this and still fails

I know this software is old and unsupported but I really need help

Please check the BIOS/Hyper-V/SDK settings, make sure they are configured correctly, here is a link from a successful template for your reference:
