Maunal Windows App Install Can't Be Opened by Domain User

Hello

I have tried to install software called "affinity2", this used to be known as Serif.

When you install, you can't choose file path, so it can only install in one location

C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps

Once installed as local admin, when you sign in as a domain user, the software doesn't appear in the windows app list, nor does it allow you to open if you create a shortcut from the file path the the local user desktop.

Affinity claim that it is a windows app install only, there is no other way to install

Windows 10 device

Any ideas?

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

It seems that your domain admin forbit user to using some software by group policy.

you can ask your domain admin to help , if you are domain admin , or check group policy and remove that policy.

check policy by Group policy management or below command:

Gpresult /h C:\a.html

rsop
