I have reached the maximum number of mail users and contacts that I can create with a new subscription. I have 4 M365 Business Standard licenses, 1 M365 E3 license, and 10 M365 F1 licenses. How can I resolve this issue? I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Let me know if there is any limitation for creating mail contacts based on number of licenses

    Hi, @Vidhi Jaiswal

This appears to be a wide-ranging issue, and you are not the only affected user.

You can check the documentation here to learn about the restrictions of the license.

Depending on the current situation, you can try the following suggestions:

    1. Try adding contacts from Power Shell.
    2. Try adding contacts again after deleting unused contacts.

Based on the discussion here, the issue may be a backend issue that the team is investigating and working to resolve. You can stay tuned here.
