    Hello

The error code 0xc000028c indicates a problem with the driver for the USB audio device.

The usbaudio2.inf driver is designed to support the USB Audio 2.0 device class and is automatically enabled when a compatible device is attached to the system. However, if a third-party driver exists on the system or Windows Update, that driver will be installed and override the class driver.

System file corruption is one of the possible reasons why your USB speakers do not work properly in Windows 10. To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following steps:

Run the USB troubleshooter: This tool can help you find and diagnose issues with USB audio, storage, and printer devices. You can download the tool from the Microsoft website and follow the on-screen instructions.

Create a new user account: Sometimes, creating a new user account can help resolve the issue if it is related to the current local account.

Check for updates: Ensure that your Windows version is up to date by checking for updates multiple times.

Check sound settings: Verify that the USB speaker is set as the default audio device in the sound settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to manually update or reinstall the USB audio driver.

Unfortunately this didn't help. I have checked what USBView shows me and I'm confused because it is showing issues like to USB Audio 1.0 and I have 2.0. The same speaker is working under Linux without any problems. I'm confused.
