Azure OpenAI error processing your request

Hello,

All of a sudden last night, I started to get this error when hitting azure openAI. It was working just fine before.

In which region you are seeing the issue?

This could be a transient failure and I suggest you retry after some time.

If issue still persists, please deploy to another region and try.

Also, you can check Azure Service Health page. This page provides personalized alerts and guidance for Azure service issues.

@AshokPeddakotla-MSFTAre there other solutions to resolve this?

Otherwise, do you have strategy or best practices for using OpenAI services in production, a "transient failure and retrying after some time" will not be acceptable for my clients.

How long is "after some time," I've been seeing this error for about 8hrs now.

Is for my region, I'm not sure, I chose "Global-standard" for the Deployment type, but all of the connected resources is set to us-east.

I checked the azure health page and it shows no issues. This issue has happened a few months ago, and like last time, Azure Service Health did not show any issues either, so this page is not useful for this particular case.
