Issue with Signing into Microsoft pubCenter

I am facing an issue while trying to sign into my Microsoft pubCenter account. Despite entering the correct username and password, I keep receiving the error message: “The user name or password that you entered does not match our records.” I have tried the following steps, but the issue persists:

1. Cleared browser cache and cookies.
2. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
3. Reset my password.
4. Attempted to sign in with different Microsoft accounts.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
