I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THE MICROSOFT HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO FIND A SIMPLE 100 PERCENT WORKING SOLUTION FOR COMMON PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ARE NOT COMPUTER EXPERTS TO RESTORE AND RECOVER A MICROSOFT WORD FILE IN WHICH THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGES ARE BEING SHOWN ON OPENING THE FILE ?

THE OFFICE XML FILE CANNOT BE OPENED BECAUSE THERE ARE PROBLEM WITH THE CONTENTS. DETAILS - THE FILE IS CORRUPT AND CANNOT BE OPENED.

Olaf Helper you are so negative . First of all I thought of ignoring your comment but then I decided I will not take it. Do you even realize that your comment actually fits better with the definition of rudeness. Who has created these rules - that using capital letters while asking a question makes it appear like yelling or shouting ? How can some human being think so low ? People are developing such cheap mindsets . If you think I am yelling or shouting its your opinion you are most welcome to think so and I owe no justification to you because I know what my intention is. This is a public platform if you cant help anyone with their questions at least don't try to bring their morale down with your negative thinking. Rest this is a free world you can think in whatever way you want. This message of mine applies not only to you but to everyone else also who thinks using capital letters while asking a question makes it appear like yelling or shouting . In future I will make no comment if someone tries to impose self made meaning less rules ( that using capital letters while asking a question makes it appear like yelling or shouting ? on me. Everyone should try to spread love and positivity instead of hatred and negativity. I am not an internet-savvy or a tech-savvy person and in my opinion its better to know the rules of etiquette rather than the rules of netiquette. I have expressed my personal opinion and I am not asking anyone to agree or disagree with me. I will make no further comments because this platform is not for debating or arguing over rules of netiquette rather its a platform for helping others and I am not interested in giving moral lectures to people whose mindset and thinking I cant change. Thank you Emi Zhang - MSFT for the response but sorry I think you did not understand my query . I am having a problem with a word file and not with an Excel file.
