Hi,

How can I collect user parameters through the SM portal and pass them to Orchestrator runbook to control the SCCM deployment application?

I mean I want, the user can on SM Portal have an SR named as "Application Request" and can select the Application he want to have and i can be install with SCCM Application

for example:

on SM Portal the user select "Office 2019" and request it.

I know I need the following steps:

. Runbook on Orchestrator

. Runbook Activitiy on SCSM

. SCSM Request Template

.SCSM Request Offering

.SCSM Service Offering

Is there any Link or example how I can do that?

    Hi,

To achieve your goal of collecting user parameters through the Service Manager (SM) portal and passing them to an Orchestrator runbook to control the SCCM deployment application using SCSM 2022, you can follow these steps:

We need to integrate SCSM and SCCM in Orchestrator.

    Create a Runbook in Orchestrator:

    1. Design a runbook in Orchestrator that performs the necessary actions to deploy the application via SCCM. This runbook should include activities to handle the parameters passed from Service Manager.
    2. Create a Runbook Activity in SCSM:

Here are some detailed resources that can guide you through the process:
