The JSON result at the following URL includes "modelVersion": "2024-02-01".

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/computer-vision/concept-ocr

How can I use this model version?

I couldn't access it even after changing the region to East US or Korean Central, or switching the pricing tier to Free or Standard.

  • Error message Error: 400, {"error":{"code":"InvalidRequest","message":"Invalid Request.","innererror":{"code":"ModelVersionIncorrect","message":"Invalid model version. Possible values are: latest,2023-10-01"}}
  • The error message says 2023-10-01 is the latest version, but it seems 2024-02-01 is working in the URL.

    @Shogo Naka I think in this case, it is a documentation bug where the version is incorrectly updated. API version update for 2024-02-01 was intended only for multi model embeddings API. See the announement here. The latest model version is 2023-10-01 as per the message you received. Thanks!!
