Do you know if it's possible to update your payment for a Microsoft Online Subscription Program for Pay by Wire Transfer to Pay by Credit Card

I'm getting extremely annoyed by the lack of the ability to speak to someone regarding an issue that I'm having with the cost management in azure and paying my bill. It seems that you'd rather lose a customer than make it easy to update your payment method. We were previously set up as pay by check and then auto magically switched to pay by wire transfer. We do not use wire transfers so we would have preferred to switch to pay by credit card at this point as our other subscriptions do allow us to pay by credit card. I just need to know if this is even possible. We are being threatened with a shutdown which would be devastating to us.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Regarding your question about switching from wire transfer to credit card, this is currently not possible.

As a workaround, we recommend you create a new subscription with Credit Card as payment mode and migrate data from the Invoice pay (Wire transfer) subscription to the Credit Card subscription (New).
