We recently setup Intune and have enrolled a couple of devices using the webenrollment method. The devices will enroll but they remain Not Evaluated on the overview page. When I go to device compliance it shows the default device compliance policy as assigned and shows the state compliant.

I've setup a trigger for 0 days if non compliant. The device is associated with a user that has an Intune license. I've run a manual sync several times.

Is there anything else I can check?

When I look at the report for the compliance policy that I setup it doesn't show any devices. How do I know if the default compliance policy is the same as the compliance policy that I setup? Maybe it is not assigning the correct compliance policy.

@Tiffany Tarver, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, not evaluated is an initial state for newly enrolled devices. we can wait some time to see if the status will change.

Meanwhile, here are some other possible causes for this status you can check:

    • Devices that aren't assigned a compliance policy and don't have a trigger to check for compliance.
    • Devices that haven't checked in since the compliance policy was last updated.
    • Devices not associated to a specific user,
    • Devices enrolled with a device enrollment manager (DEM) account.

In addition, to check detailed device compliance policy status, we can go to Devices->All Devices, find the affected device, then select "device Compliance" to know more details.
