Hi!
I want a new ASR appliance in my vcenter bcause Im gonna delete the old one. I've downloaded the OVA from azure portal.
when im in the last step of the configuration, i got the next error:
Re-protection server’s registration has failed with the following error: The token signature is invalid.
Obviously i've changed the token (i think it is the registrer key), i've downloaded again the OVA (just in case), reinstall the VM, and i dont find information about this...

Can you check if you are using the correct token (registration key) provided by Azure. Sometimes, the token might expire or become invalid, so generating a new token from the Azure portal and using it during the registration process might help.
Make sure that the time on your vCenter server and the ASR appliance VM are synchronized.
Check for any firewall or proxy settings that might be blocking the connection between ASR appliance VM and the Azure services.
Sometimes, a corrupted OVA file can cause issues during the configuration. Make sure you follow the deployment process correctly after re-downloading the OVA file.
If the issue persists, contact Azure technical support team by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Hi, thank you for your answer.
The problem is that I tried several times with different tokens and the error is the same.
The VM is configured to share NTP protocols with vcenter and vmware.
There is no firewall or proxy denying conexions and I tried re-downloading the OVA.

The "Microsoft Azure VMWare Discovery Service" has something to do with this? I've seen that this service Stops unexpectedly every 15min.
