The excel app stays saving but doesn't save the document.

Hi there!
I'm having trouble with the Excel app. I create a document and try to save it but the button/sign on the top stays "Saving" and it never appears as "Saved".

The only solution but its temporary is to uninstall the app and install it again.

Where did you save the file? In local folder or cloud?

I suggest you go to File- options- Save- make sure the option "Save to Computer by default" is checked:
