Hello Team

We have Windows Server 2012 R2 Servers. We installed all the pre-requisite which required to enable ESU License but still its not reflectin in azure arc.

As checked in registry value is 0. I entered manually to 1 but again its reverting to 0.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Azure Connected Machine Agent\ArcESU] "Enabled"=dword:00000001

Can you check to make sure that the machine name is unique and not matching another ARC enabled machine that is already onboarded. Assuming you are not seeing this machine in all resources. Have you reviewed the log file? C:\ProgramData\AzureConnectedMachineAgent\Log

Also can you run azcmagent check to ensure your networking is responding as expected.
