Embedding links change to 1drv how to change back to onedrive.live

Question

Hi, I am trying in excel to use get data>>>from web>>> And insert a onedrive embed link (and changing embed to download) but lately when i go to embed on onedrive it is no longer giving me onedrive.live links it is shortening them to 1drv links, how to change it back or what is the root cause? Please let me know as i have multiple computers relying on this. Thanks, joe

I haven't found any related Microsoft official documentations from Microsoft yet. Maybe Microsoft changed the format of the personal OneDrive embed links.

Here is a workaround, please check whether it is helpful to you:

1. Get the embedded code from OneDrive.
2. Open the URL that it gives in a bowser Incognito windows, the URL that opens should be the "onedrive.live" link.
