How do I invite an external Developer to my Azure Subscription?

I have been trying to invite an external developer to my Azure Subscription and Virtual Machine but for some reason they are not able to view the subscription or VPS. Need help.

    To resolve the developer's access issue to your Azure subscription and virtual machine, ensure you grant the appropriate permissions in the Azure Portal: go to "Subscriptions," select the relevant subscription, and under "Access control (IAM)," add the developer with a role like "Contributor" or "Owner." Then, repeat this process for the specific virtual machine if needed. Verify that the developer has received and accepted the invitation via their email, and check that network security rules and access credentials for the virtual machine are correctly configured.
