backing up onedrive

Please i need your help on this issue.

Files are not downloading to my Mac and not sure how to copy them to drop them into a thumb drive

First thing you need to check is if the onedrive is properly configured / might lost connection.

go to finder, click on onedrive, follow the instructions to connect. After that you should be able to see your onedrive.

After that you have to connect your thumb drive to your mac, find your thumbdrive on devices then drag and drop onedrive to thumbdrive.

Thank you for posting in this community.You can start by linking your OneDrive and then clicking on the "View online", select the file you want to download and then click the download button, and the file will be downloaded to your PC.
