First, please ensure that your SSD is properly connected to your motherboard.
If the SSD is recognized in BIOS/UEFI but not in Windows 11, you might need to update the SSD firmware.
Also, you could use official diagnostic tool to check.
Second, please check for bad SSD. Replace an SSD with a new one or install the original one on another device to see if this is an exception or a commonality.
Third, if you are using NVMe SSDs, you might need download and install driver manually.
