I am following MS learning page to work on one of the coures and I am trying to start a 'Customize Models with Images' project using Vision Studio, but it asks me to select a resource. Even though I choose my default resource, nothing happens, and the page doesn't move forward. There’s no error message or any indication of what’s wrong. How can I proceed with creating this project if I can't move to the next step?

I misunderstood how the UI worked. After selecting my default resource, I expected it to automatically move to the next step. Instead, I needed to click on the resource name again to proceed. I just didn’t realize I had to do that. Hope that helps!

    Hello @DavaaD

Thanks for reaching out to us, could you please share which course you are following so that we can reproduce this issue?

To answer the question generally, you can try below steps to see if that helps -

If Azure Vision Studio is stuck at the "Select a resource to work with" step, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Refresh the Page: Sometimes a simple refresh can resolve UI issues. If you lose any selections, you can try again.

Clear Browser Cache: Your browser's cache might be causing issues. Try clearing your cache or using an incognito/private browsing window.

Check Browser Compatibility: Make sure you're using a supported browser. Azure services generally work best in the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

Ensure Resource Availability: Double-check that the resource you’re trying to select is correctly set up in your Azure account and not in a stopped state or having any other issues.

Permissions: Ensure that your Azure account has the necessary permissions to access the selected resource. You might need to check the role assignments.

Try a Different Resource: If you have other resources available, try selecting a different one to see if the issue persists.

Hopefully one of these steps helps you move forward!

If none of it works, do let us know, we are happy to enable you a free ticket to solve this issue. Please let us know.

    Regards,

    Yutong
