Hey folks,

as long as we used Exchange on Premise and Office 365, DelegateSentItemsStyle = 1 worked great, even now I have no problems myself, but some users do.

Although the value is still set, the emails are stored in the personal ‘Sent Items’ folder since the migration to EXO.

I am aware of the option with the command to the mailbox, but we prefer to have the email only in one.

Any idea why this no longer works?

As far as I can see it still should.

Thx!

    Hi,@mcdy

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I'd like to confirm the issue with you.

After you set DelegateSentItemsStyle = 1, some users' emails are saved to both shared and “Sent Items” mailboxes?

If this is the problem, Microsoft has provided an official solution, please refer to this link:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/email-management/email-remains-in-the-outbox-when-you-use-the-deleg?source=recommendations
