I am trying to integrate .NET WEB API in .NET 4.7 Framework (acts as backend server) & WEB APP(act as frontend). But not able to connect WEB API to Azure SignalR

Question

SignalR Connection Error: Error: Server returned handshake error: SignalR Service is now in 'Default' service mode. Current mode works as a proxy that routes client traffic to the connected app servers. However app servers are not connected.

this error i am getting in frontend console.

For Web API, I am creating a Startup.cs class & running the project. Below is the class.

pls can someone guide me, as why I am not able to connect to azure signalr from my .net 4.7 framework web api application. In live trace tool i am only getting frontend connceted but not backend getting connceted.
