SQL server 2022 reporting services installer setup file not run

Question

I have try to run and install the SQL ServerReportingServices.exe file on the windows system. But the reportingservices installer file not run on the system. After that I have checked the event log of the system and found the below error message.

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\clr.dll

You'll need .NET Framework 4.8 or later if you are installing SSRS2022.

It seems that you are using .NET Framework 4.0, please have a double check.

Ensure that you have the latest updates and patches for the .NET Framework.

After installing the .NET Framework 4.8.1 on the my system. I have still facing the same issue.
