    Before activating the sandbox, please follow these common troubleshooting steps and then try again:

    1. Sign out from all active sessions in your current browser, clear the cache, and log in again with your Learn ID credentials.
    2. If the issue persists, sign out and try logging in through an incognito or private browsing window.
    3. Alternatively, switch to a different browser and attempt to log in again.

    Please try to activate the sandbox now.
