Before activating the sandbox, please follow these common troubleshooting steps and then try again:
- Sign out from all active sessions in your current browser, clear the cache, and log in again with your Learn ID credentials.
- If the issue persists, sign out and try logging in through an incognito or private browsing window.
- Alternatively, switch to a different browser and attempt to log in again.
Please try to activate the sandbox now.
