Am I eligible for requesting quota, if I have free trial account and currently I am not working in any company. If yes, how to do so?
To answer your query, Free Trial subscriptions aren't eligible for limit or quota increases.
If you have a Free Trial subscription, you can upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

Once upgraded, If you need to exceed these limits, contact Azure Support at any time so that we can adjust your limits appropriately.
