Copilot Dashboard - "Unable to connect to network"

Hello everyone,

 

I have a user who has issues accessing the Copilot Dashboard and gets the following error:thumbnail image 1 of blog post titled  Copilot Dashboard - "Unable to connect to network"

I don't think the network is the issue because they can access other websites just fine and we would need internet access to get to the site in the first place. 

 

They were given delegate access and from what I've found, it looks like delegating access to the dashboard was only recently added. New Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Features Now Available – August 2024 - Microsoft Community Hub

 

The only other mention of this error that I found was from here: Error accessing Viva Insights Copilot Dashboard: 'Unable to connect to network' - Microsoft Q&A

I don't really think the pre-requisites apply to us here as the person who delegated access to this user is able to view the dashboard and the data without issue

 

I also saw this in the Copilot Dashboard documentation page:

If this is implying that access gets checked once a week, would it also apply to delegate access? Does anyone know anything about this error? Thank you
