License Issue on Visual Studio Professional App

Question

Hi Team,

I have a user where he can able to Sign In on Visual Studio Professional app on his Windows machine (using his company email ID). Once he Signed In, he is getting a message saying that "License: Trial Extension (for evaluation purposes only). This product is licensed to: <his-username> through Profile. Your evaluation period will end on Wednesday, November 20, 2024."

How I can solve this issue?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! 

You can evaluate a free trial of Visual Studio Professional for 30 days, if signing in to Visual Studio, you can add 60 days to the evaluation period and extend the trial period to total od 90 days.

The 90-day trial extension works only one time. After a trial period end, you are not allowed to use the Visual Studio. 

To continue using Visual Studio, you need to unlock it with an online subscription or a product key. For more information, please refer to Extend a trial version or update a license.
