Hi All
I want to send an email to a Teams channel. When I send an email to the Teams channel email address, the email appears as a post in the channel's conversation feed. However, I want the email to go directly to the users' Outlook inboxes instead. In other words, when I send an email to the Teams channel address, it should be delivered to the users' Outlook inboxes. Is this possible? Please guide me.
If you want users to receive the message in their own Inboxes, use the Team/Group address, not the channel one.
