As my local mail server, I'm now using Mail Cow, and I recently bought Office O365.

My local emails and calendar must be in real-time sync with O365 online.

When I receive a mail on the local server, it should automatically sync with the exchange mail.

I need help with a technical overview of how to do this.

    Hi, @Arivu K

From your description, I understand that you want to synchronize mail and calendar from local mail server with Office 365 in real time.

Therefore, you first need to have a mailbox in Office 365 that corresponds to your local mail server. Since these are two different mailboxes, real-time synchronization is not possible.

From Microsoft's perspective, it is recommended that you create a new rule in your local mail server that forwards emails to the mailbox in Office 365 when they are received by your local mail server.

Since this forum only supports Microsoft products, if you need technical support about Mail Cow, you can contact the corresponding vendor.

Are you using own custom domain?

If so, you may set up a Microsoft 365 pilot to see whether it can achieve your requirement. For your reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/pilot-microsoft-365-from-my-custom-domain?view=o365-worldwide
