Unwanted Azure Account Termination

Hi Everyone, I got a mail from MS Azure, confirming the termination of my account. I ignored it first, assuming fake, now came the second one, and it is MS in-definitively, and the account is deleted in 2 weeks.

I tried the help menu online, tried to launch a support ticket on the provided link, but regardless which path (i.e. renewal of the account) I don't get it fixed. Any suggestions for contacting a real human that helps.

Hi Jimmy, I appreciate your tips in this, but I failed twice again this week, on both suggested paths. Regardless whether phone or online, it has only AI guided options, no chance to get a human. And regardless what I chose from the AI menu, at the end I am told there is no service for this, there is no support, I shall use the internet, I shall contact the community. No chance to reach a human.

@Guschiber When you try to create a support ticket, you will prompted with suggestions to follow to troubleshoot the issue. On the same page, in the bottom left corner, click on "return to support request/ticket" the try to create a support ticket.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

SadiqhAhmed-MSFT, I managed to get in, but face new obstacles to make changes. I am logged-in as admin, I am the owner, and the only one working in that account. But there are no users and roles assigned to anyone. And as is, I have no right to assign myself the new roles for me, so I can't change any

@Guschiber If you are the owner of the subscription then you should be able to create a support ticket. Why do you need other roles?

If you are facing any challenges, appreciate if you could share the screenshot for clarity.

Should be, but if that account I operate since almost 10 years, but never opened, because I didn't need, doesn't a have user and its role defined? I send you a private note, can share some screen shots in 15 min, that you better understand where I get stucked
