When attempting to activate the sandbox (for a beginner Python course) I get an error message:

"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."

It keeps looping back to the challenge question (with the rocks) and I keep getting the same error msg. I've tried clearing my cache (Edge browser) and signing out and back in. This is an enterprise account with access to MS Learn and Azure. Please help. Thanks

    Hi Eric J Wenz Sr

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

We have received confirmation from the back-end team that the issue has been resolved.

Before activating the sandbox, please follow these common troubleshooting steps and then try again:

Sign out from all active sessions in your current browser, clear the cache, and log in again with your Learn ID credentials.

If the issue persists, sign out and try logging in through an incognito or private browsing window.

Alternatively, switch to a different browser and attempt to log in again.

Please try to activate the sandbox now.

We have verified that it is functioning correctly on our end, and for your reference, we’ve attached a screenshot: User's image
