- Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account or a personal account like outlook.com or hotmail.com? Please share your account details and a screenshot of your subscription.
- Please confirm if you are using Classic Outlook or New Outlook.
- Are you experiencing the issue with only in the desktop application or Outlook on the Web (OWA)?
- Please share a screen shot of a meeting tracker
- If it is only with outlook desktop application, have you tried to Uninstall and reinstall it?
- Have you tried to Remove the outlook profile and add it again?
- Could you please share a screenshot of the version of the Outlook app you're using?
