Incapable of uninstalling or repairing C++ redistributables

Question

Trying to follow this troubleshooting:

Think it might be part of the issue since I have multiple copies

of each redistributable. Wanted to uninstall all C++ redistributable files and replace them with single up-to-date files, but this error prevents repair or uninstallation

I notice that the troubleshooting steps suggest using this troubleshooter tool.

Did you download, run this tool, select Uninstalling, try to uninstall following runtimes and then reinstall the Visual C++ Redistributable package?

Microsoft Visual C++ xxxx Xxx Additional Runtime – xx.xx.xxxxx

Microsoft Visual C++ xxxx Xxx Debug Runtime – xx.xx.xxxxx

Microsoft Visual C++ xxxx Xxx Minimum Runtime – xx.xx.xxxxx

For anyone else with this issue, I think I successfully repaired/replaced all C++ redistributables using this program:
