We have previously successfully used the Dynamic Lighting SDK on the Windows 11
Intel platform to create customized lighting effects.
Now, I need to develop a program on the Qualcomm platform and would like to
know if the Dynamic Lighting SDK supports the Qualcomm platform.
If it does, what key points should I be aware of?

Dynamic Lighting is processor architecture independent. It will work as well on Qualcom as it will on Intel. The device however must conform to the HID lamp array spec: https://www.usb.org/sites/default/files/hutrr84_-_lighting_and_illumination_page.pdf
Most devices will implement support for the HID spec in their firmware. However, it is possible for devices to use a Windows driver to support. In that case it is technically possible that a required driver may not exist for ARM64.
